In this exercise, the legs need to be stretched out, and the right ankle needs to be placed on the left knee. The upper body should be allowed to reach towards the thighs, and the same process should be repeated for 30 seconds to get relief from leg pain.
Forward Pigeon Pose
In this position, a person needs to kneel on the floor with the lower leg on the ground. The right knee should be placed on the right side, and the right foot should be placed in front of the left knee. The body weight knees to be shifted from the arms to the legs and the same process should be repeated for 50 seconds to get rid of back pain.
Sitting Spinal Stretch
