Even while sitting with crisscrossed legs one should try to keep the spine straight. At first, it hurts because we aren’t habituated to sit in that way but we got to push our limits. The environment you are sitting in plays a vital role in the way you maintain your posture. Especially in today’s time, people spend hours at a desk. The chair should be comfortable and the table raised to the proper height so that one does not slouch.
